Wailea Beach? Maybe it is the Kalaupapa Trail - but I don't really know- LOL. Might embarrass myself. My way from Germany to Hawaii is long and I have only been to Kaua'i and O'ahu. I want to be back for sure. Have fun!

Lanikai Pillbox Ridge (also called Kaiwa Ridge Trail)overlooking Lanikai Beach with an awesome view of Mokuluas
you can watch a video of the hike here:
http://hawaiitrekkers.net/Trail/kaiwa%20ridge/kaiwa%20ridge.html
"Kaiwa Ridge is the most prominent ridge of Keolu Hills and is what separates the beach-front Lanikai community from Bellows Air Field, Kailua, and Keolu. This trail travels up the main spine of Keolu Hills to some spectacular ocean views.
This trail is also informally called "Lanikai Hills"." taken from backyardoahu.com
