I LOVE to incorporate Hambly's wonderful overlays, silk screen papers and rub-ons in the pages of my art journals and calendar/planner. In my new book Doodles Unleashed I used a few of Hambly products in my mixed media creations. My art journal prompt would be to dray random circles on the page then doodle different shaped flowers with the circles.

Art journal prompt: Print out one word that resonates with you and paste them in your journal, creating a graphic layout. Use colours, too.

I love their products too. Would love to win this. My prompt would be: Lists, make a list of your top 5, ie. most loved books, foods, etc and illustrate the items with doodles.

Great blogpost again, and those products look great! Never heard of them, and sometimes I think you live in supplies-heaven ... It's really hard to buy those wonderful things here LOL Art quote? I don't know, maybe my mantra will do too : An art journal page a day, keeps the doctor away ;-)

Prompt: swirls. make all kinds of doodle swirls, letters with swirls, flowers with swirls etc. etc. . Traci, you definitely are my muse. I am just having fun "playing". I haven't felt so excited over something like i am now with my art. last night i fingerpainted for the first time in 50 years. yes... 50 years. thank you so much Traci. you have changed my life.
