Join me for a day of art journaling & mixed media PLAY at my studio! This is a 5-hour workshop that explores various background techniques including working with gesso, handmade stamps, stencils and doodling. We'll create painted collage papers, build juicy layers on the page, work with images, draw stylized faces and play with creative lettering. This workshop focuses on art journaling techniques on fabric. You'll receive an art journaling workbook, mixed media paper kit and mark-making tool kit as part of the workshop.

During this 3-day workshop, you'll build a one-of-a-kind art journal with painted fabrics and papers wrapped with an embellished fiber spine. Explore printmaking, color studies, doodling, collage and book making. The art journal is a space to spill your dreams, hopes, fears and ideas. You'll spend time creating personal graffiti, embark on a photo excursion journey and shopping tour in downtown Danville. Each day is full of guided instruction and two optional evening OPEN studio sessions. Join me for an artful weekend of mixed media PLAY at my studio!

The art publication is a space to leak your goals, desires, worries and ideas. You'll spend some time creating personal graffiti, begin a photo trip trip and shopping trip in town center Danville.
