I've been on the road for five weeks since ArtFiberFest..traveling from Seattle, back home for a day then off to Hawaii, Thailand, Taipei, then back to Hawaii and finally in LA to teach at Violet's Rubber Stamp Inn in Ventura. So, I'm finally catchin up since I returned from my Thailand adventure...my sister and I spent time in Bangkok, Chang Mai and Phuket. Such a beautiful and amazing country. When I have more time I'll post more pix and stories about our trip. We met so many wonderful people and visited some great places!
On the book front...I'm very excited to announce that I signed my contract with F+W Publications/North Light Books for my upcoming book...Collage Unleashed. So look for it to hit the bookstores in July 2006. There is so much involved in the development of the book. I am finalizing my outline this week and off to Cincinnati in a couple of weeks for my photo shoot. I'll keep you posted on the progress...so come back and visit!
Upcoming classes...for those in the OC..I will be teaching at the ARt Bar in Santa Ana Aug. 6-7 and doing a live painting session on Sat. night at the Artist's Walk @ the Santa Ana Artist's Village. So if you get a chance come by to see my paint in person! Also, the Artfest website is up!! I will be teaching two workshops at Artfest next year...hope to see you there!
