what's inspiring me today...
I'm always asked about what inspires my art projects. So from time to time I'll share with you a peek inside my *FLAIR trays. While brainstorming a project, I create INSPIRATION style boards, tags and trays to gather swatches for color palettes and interesting collections of materials for reference. I incorporate Pantone chips and paint swatches, found objects and images...anything that inspires me. I pull beads, baubles, flowers, trims and mix bits & pieces from my stash of hand painted papers, fabrics, embellishments and remnants. My *flair trays are mainly for refernce but sometimes pieces are incorporated in the final artwork. Enjoy the snippets inside my creative process...
