a few pictures from my latest art journal collection. These handmade journals are constructed with handpainted fabrics, vintage muumuu fabric, papers and bound with colorful bursts of hand dyed fabric, thai silk, crochet bits. The bindings are wrapped with twisted & tied with macrame waxed polyester, beads, baubles and vintage silk flowers. I have also been creating fabric & cord lariats and wrist wraps in the same fashion :)
