a couple of weeks ago I received a nice surprise in the mail...Doodle Design, the German language edition of my book Doodles Unleashed! I didn't know that it was being translated. It's fun to see it in a different language. The cover is different from the original and it's printed on matte paper but the photos are still very colorful and vibrant. This festival has approximately 60% fine art and 40% contemporary and traditional crafts. More than 200 talented artists gather to display and sometimes even produce one-of-a-kind sculpture, glass, painting, jewelry, ceramics, photography and more! In addition to the fine art on display, artists will be in action at the Italian Street Painting experience on East Prospect Avenue, presented by Diablo Magazine. Artists will create masterpieces in 12ft. X 12ft. squares with chalk on pavement - this year's theme focus is food. Fair-goers can watch the foodscapes come alive throughout the weekend.
