the first year in my 40's was full of ups and downs...lots of laughter. joy. smiles. tears. wonder. excitement. LOVE. questions. fear. anxiety. reflection. lessons. nourishing my soul.
and through it all I'm blessed to be surrounded by wonderful family and friends.
