DESCRIPTION| Join me for a day of art journaling & mixed media PLAY at my studio! This is a 5-hour workshop that explores various background techniques including working with gesso, handmade stamps, stencils and doodling. We'll create painted collage papers, build juicy layers on the page, work with images, draw stylized faces and play with creative lettering. This workshop has an emphasis on painting/drawing mixed media stylized faces. You'll receive an art journaling workbook, mixed media paper kit and mark-making tool kit as part of the workshop.
